The guest room was air-conditioned, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the hotel was in a particularly good and incredible location, near the train station. All the staff members were accommodating and amiable.

All the stuff members are very very helpful and excellant. As for me location is magnificent and fantastic, just next door to Lamezia Terme airport and Calabria, shops and an awesome restaurant attached. Its a 10-15 minute walk from The Buffet at Bellagio, spent evening there.

Loved the place, had a fairly nice stay for one night. The location of the hotel was brilliant - not too far away from Chiesa di Sant'agazio. Besides, we were really close to airport, train station, and supermarket.

I absolutely adored the charming, vintage decoration of the hotel. The beautiful wallpaper in soft pastel colors and the elegant furniture brought back memories of a bygone era. The hotel's general areas were impeccably maintained, and it was evident that great care was taken to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The hallways were wide, and there were grab bars in the bathroom, making it safe and convenient for people with mobility challenges like me.

My only wish for a better vacation for senior people would be for the children working there to receive more training in customer service. While the hotel itself was lovely, the staff lacked the warmth and friendliness that I expect from a hospitality establishment.
